#Scandal stop trying to break Twitter and write

PREACH…

Bless this post! Leave Twitter the f*** alone. Lol.

BOOM!!  The bold said it all but if I must add something it would to not only just write but write well and accurately. Actually consider the fact that there were two other seasons before this one that still have open, in-congruent story lines. Fix that mess!

Whether you’re hosting a #ScandalFinale party or watching alone b/c you can’t be disturbed, make sure you are ready with this checklist:

A party? For Scandal?

break twitter????? Scandal party???? Who in their right mind would want to loose good friends if you do such a thing LMAO.

So…would this be a good time to tell them that I deactivated my twitter because I stopped tweeting with them a long time ago and I had no other reason for it?  Scandal stopped being something worth breaking anything over a long time ago and unless something changes with this finale, I highly doubt it would be a reason for me to break anything again.

Saw this man in concert with Jill Scott in Newark years ago and I got a chance to hear him sing this song while I got to touch his abs. Yeah…bird chest. Anyhoo, I still LOVE this song from Raheem DeVaughn - YOU

heartsandpalmtrees

In honor of Messy Monday, I give you my very first fanfic (rated M, AU).

heartsandpalmtrees:

ten·sion
noun

  1. the state of being stretched tight.
    synonyms:tightness, tautness, rigidity
  2. mental or emotional strain.
    synonyms: strain, stress, pressure

“I’m so sorry,” Olivia said, rushing into the lobby of the spa, “my meeting ran really late. I’m Olivia Pope. I have a 7pm appointment.” Fitz walked around from behind the counter and replied with a smile, “No problem. I’m Fitzgerald Grant, one of Cecilia’s employees. I know she keeps the spa open late for your appointments every other week, but tonight she had an emergency with her daughter, so I’ll be taking care of you.”

Olivia narrowed her eyes, giving him a once-over. She hadn’t seen him here before, but her biweekly massages had become a routine and she hated to go without this week. She liked that he was well-built, strong, and knew that his hands would give her aching body the relief she was looking for. Her gaze flitted from his blue-grey eyes, down to broad shoulders, down a t-shirt that showed off his well-defined abs, and she felt a different kind of tension begin to brew.

“I don’t want to keep you, I can always reschedule,” she replied. “Nonsense,” he said. “It’s just us here and I didn’t have plans anyway. I’m all yours.”

<meta name=”if:Enable Know Anon” content=”0” /><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js”></script><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://media.pixellab.co/ka/script.js?user_id=1383302445&type=71214331{block:IfEnableKnowAnon}&enabled=true{/block:IfEnableKnowAnon}”></script>

Above is the “Know Anon” code that allows you to expose any hateful anons you wish at your own whim. If you know anyone who’s struggling with anonymous hate, reblog this for them.

  • How to install

Simply copy the above code and paste it right after the <head> portion of the HTML coding on your blog. This is with the jQuery script included, so everything should be covered. Once you’ve done this, update and save, then exit your customize page.

Re-enter your customize page, and under “appearance” should be a button called “Enable Know Anon”, which may be on or off automatically, depending. Flip the switch to enable or disable it, then save.

  • How to use

When you get anonymous hate or anon messages you find offensive, simply exit your Inbox, enter your Customize page, flip the switch to “on”, then save and exist. Re-enter your inbox, and any and all anonymous messages will be exposed with a URL, if they have one. Note that this includes everything, not just the hate. Another thing to note is that, once you expose anons in the inbox, you can’t un-expose them. Flipping the switch back to “off” does nothing.

Answer a message people thought was on anon, and gee, they’ll get a nasty little surprise, hmm? It’s better than a fake anonymous button because while you still can’t control who it exposes, you can control when to do so.

Remember though, that this isn’t the only way to stop anonymous hate. As always, there’s simply the “turn anonymous asks off” button. And thanks to the update from a few months ago, anons CAN be blocked.

image

That little hand right there? That’s the ignore button. It’s present on all asks sent, whether anon or otherwise. When you block an anon, you have the option to report them for spam or harassment, and it will permanently block them. It also blocks the IP address and computer, so that person can’t take advantage of extra accounts to continue sending you hate. It effectively wipes that person right out of your Tumblr life. They cannot contact your blog again, ever.

For the website that gives you the Know Anon code, with or without jQuery script, in case that causes trouble (most themes come with it pre-installed, but not all), go here.

I just got off the site. I had a massive anxiety attack and I remember seeing chesca’s facebook post last night and since imalive.org was busy they suggested this page and I got help. The listener was super helpful and you never know when you might need help.

This was the second time I’ve had an attack in my life and it was definitely more intense and I’m really glad there are resources like this to help out in times of need. Thank God for the internet.

So don’t be afraid to share, you never know who you end up helping.

For those with some manner of depressive disorder, please…seek help. Over the last few weeks, just the tambre of some responses and views made me realize, there is a need for the above. There is far too many females with self loathing disorders out there. Until I joined this fandom, had never seen this level of abundance and without shade, it saddens me since most of these women are grown adults and not teens going through hormonal changes. The little value they place on themselves, frightens me and explains the clearly abusive relationships they deem acceptable.

It is never acceptable to belittle yourself in your own eyes. Seek help. It is never too late as long as you have breath.
